Training approach: The training programme is not designed as a form of interfaith dialogue, nor will it propose itself as an expert in the variety of religious traditions. Instead it is design in the spirit of anti-prejudice diversity education: to recognize and respect multicultural diversity, to confront prejudice and discrimination and to develop intercultural skills. The methodology is highly interactive and participatory, building upon participants’ experience to address practical situations. Handbook will be provided to participants with a variety of useful cultural information. Adult educators will also receive Manuals containing pedagogical tools for use in their own local education and community contexts. |
