Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. If we receive:

Less than one weeks notice you will be charged the full cost of the room hire;
Between one and four weeks notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of the hire;
Four weeks notice or more there will be no charge.

Facilities available

Hire charge includes:

Use of flip chart and paper, overhead projector and data projector
Building fully accessible
Use of meditation room/quiet space for personal time out

For a reasonable fee:

Tea, Coffee, Water and Orange juice available for a reasonable charge
Buffets can be ordered for a reasonable charge

Car Parking

After 4.30pm weekdays and weekends car parking is free. Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm pay and display charges apply.

Public Transport

Unibus runs regularly from the Railway station and the Bus station

The Allestree bus runs regularly from the Bus station and stops at the bottom of the drive
